Who we are
Sizefolk is a Shopify app made by AB LABS LTD (UK).
What we collect when a store installs Sizefolk
- The store’s Shopify domain and an access token so the app can work.
- The size charts and display settings the merchant creates.
- The store’s Sizefolk plan and billing status. Billing is handled by Shopify; we never see card details.
- Daily counts of how often the size guide is opened and how many Find my size recommendations were shown, per product. These counts are totals only.
- Returns (sizing insights): for orders from the last 60 days that have returns, the returned products, quantities, prices and return reasons. Sizefolk reads no customer names, emails, addresses or phone numbers, and stores only per-product totals.
What we don’t collect
We collect no personal data about the store’s customers: no names, emails, addresses, phone numbers or IP addresses. No cookies are set on the storefront by Sizefolk.
When a shopper uses Find my size, the measurements they enter stay in their own browser (local storage) so the size guide can remember them. They are never sent to Sizefolk or to the merchant.
Why we collect this data
Only to provide the app: show the right chart on the right product, apply the plan, and show the merchant their own analytics.
Sharing and where it is stored
We don’t sell or share data. It is stored with our hosting providers, Fly.io and Neon, in the United States, only to run the app.
Retention and deletion
When a store uninstalls Sizefolk, Shopify sends us a deletion request 48 hours later and we delete all of that store’s data. Merchants can also email us to ask for deletion at any time.
Your rights
Merchants in the UK and EU can ask to see, correct or delete their data.
Terms and data processing
Our terms of service include the data processing terms that apply between you and AB LABS LTD.
